ENRC could make offer to purchase Camec
MOSCOW. Sept 14 (Interfax) - Kazakh holding Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC) could make an offer to purchase Central African Mining & Exploration (Camec), the British newspaper Sunday Times reported citing market sources.
The newspaper said that the transaction was discussed by the last meeting of ENRC's board of directors. However, the final decision was delayed owing to personnel changes in the management of the Kazakh holding. The price of the offer, according to the sources, could reach 26 pence per share at a current price of 18-19 pence.
