MUSCAT Eoe1/4" The MSM-30 Index declined 0.280 per cent yesterday to close at 6,555 points. The total shares exchanged fell 28.5 per cent to 24.281 million shares and the total value traded decreased by 10.1 per cent to RO10.522 million.
Foreign investors sold shares worth RO0.50 million yesterday. The market breadth was negative with 37 declines and 14 advances out of 61 traded securities. Amongst the sectors, the Banking & Investment sector was the only loser yesterday which closed 0.300 per cent lower at 9,807 points.
