Little Rosie was found in High Wycombe A STUDENT at a Welsh university who found a newborn baby abandoned in bushes by the side of a road has appealed for the girl's mother to come forward.
Holly Hughes, 20, was walking alongside the A40 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, with her boyfriend when they came across the baby, who had been wrapped inside a cardigan and placed in a canvas bag.
They had been alerted by another passer-by who reached the bag seconds before them and told them: "There's a baby in there."
Miss Hughes, a zoology student at Aberystwyth University, west Wales, said: "She was being really quiet. ...
