AN ANGLESEY farmer who gave up his sheep and cow herds to produce high quality goats milk and cheese says he has no regrets as the business goes from strength to strength.
Nigel Jefferies, 44, is one of only a handful of commercial goats' milk producers in Wales.
He has seen his herd at Cors yr Odyn Farm, Dulas, nearly double in two years to 85 animals.
With demand still outstripping supply Y Cwt Caws now plans further expansion that could see extra staff brought in to support the family venture.
