OTTAWA, ONTARIO, Sep 17, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- The envision Group is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Toronto based The Cannington Group Inc.
The Cannington Group Inc. is a full service environmental remediation company serving the Province of Ontario since 1976. The addition of The Cannington Group will extend the geographic reach for The envision Group; enhancing the national growth strategy well underway in Western Canada. This acquisition is expected to mirror in Ontario the success of The envision Group's subsidiary, IONA Contractors Ltd., located in Calgary, Alberta.
