TORONTO, ONTARIO, Sep 17, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Bison Gold Resources Inc. ("Bison Gold" or the "Company") (CNSX:BGE) today announced the completion a second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of $272,000. To date the Company has raised $1,051,111 in the private placement financing. The proceeds of the financing will be used to fund the Company's ongoing exploration programs in the province of Manitoba as well as working capital and general corporate services.
