(ADPnews) - Sep 17, 2009 - Danish luxury furniture retailer Boconcept Holding A/S (CPH:BOCON B) said today it plans to sell up to 342,087 B Series shares to domestic and international institutional investors.

The proceeds will be used to reduce the interest-bearing debt.

Boconcept will offer up to 238,374 new B shares, representing some 9.99% of the company's entire issued B share capital, and up to 103,713 existing B shares currently held as treasury shares. The offering will be executed via an accelerated book-building process, which ...
