MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Sep 17, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Big Red Diamond Corporation ("Company" or "DIA") (TSX VENTURE:DIA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathalie Hansen to its board of directors effective immediately, subject to regulatory approval. The board of directors has granted 500,000 stock options to Ms. Hansen exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.10 per share.
Ms. Hansen graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering. Upon graduation she worked in the power electronics industry for Lucent Technologies Power Systems and Tyco Electronics Power Systems in Dallas, Texas. In 2005 she ...
