Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'A+' rating to the approximately $155 million 2009 series A and series B City of Wichita, Kansas hospital facilities refunding and improvement revenue bonds issued on behalf of Via Christi Health System, Inc. (Via Christi). Fitch also affirms Via Christi's outstanding debt at 'A+'. The Rating Outlook is revised to Positive from Stable (see also Fitch Ratings).
