IA Global, Inc. (NYSE AMEX US:IAO) announced that it has reconstituted its Board of Directors and appointed a new Chief Executive Officer. On September 4, 2009, Jack A. Henry, Michael Garnreiter and Greg LeClaire were appointed to the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately and Brian Hoekstra, an existing director, was appointed as the new permanent Chief Executive Officer. Messrs. Henry, Garnreiter and LeClaire will serve on the Board until the Company's 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
