On September 3, 2009, IA Global, Inc. (NYSE AMEX US:IAO) (the "Company") filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K. In accordance with NYSE AMEX Company Guide Rule 6.10 (b), the Company is disclosing that the Report of the Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm included a going concern paragraph. This paragraph is based on significant operating losses and a working capital deficit as of March 31, 2009.
