Champion Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:CHMP) announced third quarter net income of $34,000 or a break even on an earnings per share basis for the three months ended July 31, 2009. The Company reported net income of $1,067,000, or $0.11 per share, in the third quarter of 2008. In the first nine months of 2009 the Company's cash provided from operating activities was $9.2 million compared with $8.5 million in cash provided from operating activities for the first nine months of 2008.
