Uranium Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: URRE) (URI) Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Paul K. Willmott, announced that David N. Clark has stepped down as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company effective September 3, 2009. The Board has appointed Mr. Donald C. Ewigleben as President, CEO and COO to succeed Mr. Clark and also named Mr. Ewigleben as a director to fill the vacancy on the Board created by Mr. Clark's resignation.
