Lloyds Banking Group has been named by the Financial Ombudsman Service as being the most complained about financial services firm.
According to figures released by Fos on Tuesday, Lloyds business received 15,233 new complaints against it in the first six months of this year.
Lloyds TSB Bank received 6947 complaints, 81 per cent of which were upheld.
The ombudsman said it received 69,841 new complaints in total between January and 30 June this year, with the big five high street banks accounting for more than 38,286 of the cases.
