THE $787 BILLION stimulus package was seen as a gift to the U.S. economy and the companies marketing goods and services to the federal government when Congress passed it in February.
So far that package has only partially been unwrapped. And media brands covering the government market are not seeing large gains in revenue due to stimulus-related marketing spendingnot yet anyway.
