The Comptroller and Auditor General's Annual (C&GA) Report lays bare a litany of cases where billions went down the drain at a time when workers are taking pay cuts and taxes are being increased to prop up the public service.
Hardly any of the major agencies of the State remain unscathed in a forensic examination by Comptroller John Buckley which reveals a frightening lack of accountability.
