A woman, whose best friend is clearly her surgeon, totters past in her Jimmy Choos, toppling under the weight of her shopping.
Behind her, what appears to be her butler/gay best friend/general dogsbody, follows with an equally impressive haul of designer goods.
Minutes later a man pulls up in a Porsche to collect her - someone should have told him to bring the Hummer today.
