"There's a woman in London who makes 200 cakes a year. I wouldn't mind being able to do that."
Nyree's favourite cake is one she created for a wedding last year and is completely covered in roses. She has since made a dummy version in pink, which is on display in her shop.
"It costs around pounds 1,200 but it's such a beautiful cake. I originally made it in ivory, and then recreated it for the shop. People are impressed when they see it," she adds.
