A MUM and her baby "lucky to be alive" after a tumble dryer burst into flames destroying their home warned: "Don't let this happen to you."
Emma Williams, 30, was hanging out her washing when she saw flames ravaging her machine and her kitchen engulfed in thick smoke.
Luckily her young son Lenny, now two, was outside on the garden swing in Burlington Drive, Prestatyn.
Emma lost everything in the blaze in January - her home and possessions - and wasn't insured. Now in a new home, she has joined a week-long campaign by Wales' fire services to Get Switched On to Electrical Fire Safety.
