(BULLETIN BOARD: ITCD.OB) , a leading provider of integrated communications services to customers in the southeastern United States, today announced that it has expanded its relationship with Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) of Florida, a private, non-profit organization providing comprehensive, early learning services to residents of central and southwest Florida.
