CAPITA IN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATIONS WITH NHSBSA
Following an extensive procurement process, the NHS Business Services Authority
(NHSBSA) has entered into exclusive dialogue with the Capita Group Plc (Capita)
for the provision of services to transform the efficiency of the processing and
payments of dental claims (DCSS) and a managed IT service (MITI) to support the
Authority, its current portfolio of activities and future growth.
The Dental Contract Support Service (DCSS) involves the business processing and
payment of some 40 million claims made annually by dentists in England and
