Sep 20, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian advertising spending fell 8.5% in the year to 30 June 2009, although analysts expect the sector to report a rapid improvement in the first half of fiscal 2009-10. Foreseechange forecaster, Charlie Nelson, said the sector began to improve in April 2009.
