DALLAS--Jun. 10--U.S. District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer gave Fort Worth its biggest legal victory to date yesterday in its fight with Dallas and other parties over expansion of flights at Dallas Love Field. The judge denied Southwest Airlines' request to dismiss Fort Worth's lawsuit. He made a narrow interpretation of a 1982 federal court injunction that prohibits Fort Worth from filing any more lawsuits against Southwest concerning its use of Love Field.
Fort Worth has not made Southwest a party to its suit in state court, and the judge said he doesn't have anything before him indicating a direct attempt by Fort Worth to stop ...
