Jodi Pulice, founder and president of JRT Realty Group Inc. and Frank Caccavo, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., announced the signing of three leases in the coveted 8A Exchange of the New Jersey Turnpike in Cranbury, New Jersey.
JRT, along with strategic alliance partner Cushman & Wakefield, collaborate to provide exclusive leasing services at more than 1.6 million sf of industrial space in the area on behalf of the buildings' owner, TIAA-CREF.
The leasing team includes JRT's Pulice and Greg Smith, together with Cushman & Wakefield's Caccavo, Jason Goldman, Andrew Siemsen and Glenn Talavera.
