GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms, a unit of GE Enterprise Solutions, announced that Sansteel Group Corp. has chosen the company's process control system, Proficy Process Systems for its furnace revamp project in Shanghai.
The solution, which is valued at approximately $300,000, will provide control for both the metal furnace and the plant utility system, featuring GE Fanuc's PACSystems RX3i controller.
