From the outside, it just looks like a nondescript warehouse on a Birmingham industrial estate. But inside the huge space, in the shadow of gasometers in the rundown innercity area of Saltley, magic is happening. Walk through the doors and you're suddenly inside a luxury penthouse, full of white leather sofas, plasma TVs, glass tables and a large tropical fish tank.
Even more confusingly, outside the window is the London skyline with the distinctive shape of the Gherkin.
