IAN WOOSNAM is relishing seeing the Ryder Cup coming to Wales.

But for now just one piece of silverware occupies his thoughts - a successful defence of the John Jacobs Trophy.

With two events remaining, he leads the race to retain the European Seniors Tour Order of Merit crown, returning to the top of the money list courtesy of a fourth-placed finish in last weekend's Casa Serena Open in the Czech Republic.
