23 September 2009 - Swedish construction group NCC AB (STO: NCC B) said today it had sold its share in the Ullevi Park 1 development project in Gothenburg to local real estate company Vasakronan for SEK116m.
The transaction is being carried out in the form of a sale of a company. It is expected to have a positive effect on NCC's fourth-quarter earnings.
Ullevi Park 1 is a 16,500 sq m office building, which is fully leased. It was developed by a company jointly owned by NCC and Vasakronan.
