COMMONWEALTH Games Organising Committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday and appraised him about the progress in work on various fronts.

" I briefed the Prime Minister on all the renovation happening at the venues and how the organising committee is working overtime. He has assured me full support and said that the government is committed to hosting a successful Games. I am happy with the meeting which took place," said Kalmadi.
