CALGARY, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (NYSE Amex: GTE; TSX: GTE), a company focused on oil exploration and production in South America, today announced it has appointed Duncan Nightingale to Vice President of Exploration.
