Dear SAR Professionals,
As the 2009 summer approaches its end, I hope that you and yours enjoyed a safe and fun-filled season in the sun. Because summer is for many a time of vacation and adventure, SAR teams often see an increase in demand for their critical services. It is during these periods that individual and team training efforts are realized. It is also a time where the knowledge, skills and certifications acquired through NASAR are at their greatest value.
