Article: Cephalon and Dompe Sign Product Marketing Agreements for PROVIGIL And MYOTROPHIN in Italy

WEST CHESTER, Pa., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Cephalon, Inc. (Nasdaq: CEPH) announced today agreements with Dompe S.p.A. to market, sell and distribute PROVIGIL(R) (modafinil) Tablets and MYOTROPHIN(R) (mecasermin) Injection in Italy. Under the agreements, Dompe will assume all commercial responsibilities for promoting and distributing both products in Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
