No obstacles to selling Odesa Port-Side Plant, SPF says again

Kyiv, September 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukraine's State Property Fund (SPF) is continuing to conduct a tender to sell a 99.567% stake in OJSC Odesa Port-Side Plant in line with Ukrainian law, according to the acting head of the fund, Dmytro Parfenenko.

"At present, the fund does not have any court rulings or other document banning the fund from holding a privatization tender on Odesa Port-Side Plant," he said.
