HONG KONG, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Weber Shandwick, one of the world's leading global public relations firms, today announced it is to establish fully-owned operations in Seoul, Korea, before the end of the year.

Weber Shandwick Korea will be headed by newly appointed Managing Director Tyler Kim, who joins from Edelman.

The new office will mean that Weber Shandwick, generally regarded as one of the top three international public relations networks in Asia Pacific, will now operate 17 wholly-owned offices in 12 markets in the region.
