Nora R. Dannehy, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, and John T. Morton, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, announced that a federal grand jury sitting in Bridgeport, Conn., has returned an indictment charging a former Fairfield County, Conn., resident with sexually abusing several boys in Haiti for approximately a decade.
