Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ: BBOX), an industry-leading provider of voice communications, data infrastructure, and product solutions, announced the launch of its Nortel Customer Assurance Program (NCAP). NCAP is designed to give customers the confidence that their Nortel systems will continue to receive a high level of support and service from Black Box Network Services. Under this program, the Solutions Group at Black Box Network Services will commit to install and maintain Nortel systems, until at least January 1, 2015, integrating additional phones and other equipment with existing infrastructure (see also Black Box Corporation).
