China Agro-Technology Holdings (Pink Sheets: CAGTF) and Mr. Paw Yew Hock, the newly appointed Interim CEO of China Agro-Technology Holdings Ltd. (formerly Yanti Dahua Holdings Company Ltd.)("China Agro") announced the reorganization of the Company following the death of the founder and Chairman Dr. Harry He on August 5, 2009 after a long illness. "We really regret and express condolences to Dr. He's family, and all of the staff and advisors of Dr. He's enterprises," Mr. Paw said upon his appointment by the Board of Directors (see also China Agro-Technology Holdings).
