The Malibu Division of Communications & Power Industries, Inc. (CPI) has been awarded multiple contracts totaling more than $3 million by L-3 Communications Systems West for low-rate initial production of advanced tactical common data link (TCDL) antenna terminals to support intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) applications.
