Desert Equity LP, a Delaware limited partnership ("Desert Equity"), announced the preliminary results of its cash tender offer (the "Offer") for up to a total of 3,740,000 shares of common stock, or approximately 16.3% of the shares outstanding, of White Electronic Designs Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ:WEDC), which expired today at 12:01 a.m., New York City time.
