Spirit AeroSystems Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering
WICHITA, Kan., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ --Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPR) (the "Company") announced today the pricing of US$300 million aggregate principal amount of its 7 1/2% senior unsecured notes due 2017 (the "Notes").
