Capacity Insurance
Capacity Insurance hired Sage Advisory Services to manage $6 million in intermediate government taxable fixed income, said Deborah Draeger, marketing associate for the Austin, Texas-based manager.
A Capacity Insurance spokesman couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
Edinburgh
City of Edinburgh Council selected BNY ConvergEx, BGI and State Street Corp. as transition managers, confirmed city spokeswoman Pamela Bruce.
Incumbent Goldman Sachs, whose contract expired March 31, was also retained. Pension executives will select from among the four managers as needs arise, Ms. Bruce said.
