The Bears of Albuquerque La Cueva had a very important date Thursday night -- Milne Stadium.
It was homecoming for the school, and the big event was the football matchup with Albuquerque Eldorado. So La Cueva wasn't going to trifle with Santa Fe High's boys soccer team on the road for very long.
"We wanted to finish them off real fast," Bears forward Matthew Foust said.
Four goals on its first shots was the pace La Cueva wanted in the District 2AAAAA match.
Foust put an end to the 10-0 affair in the 68th minute when he took a shot from about 7 yards out in the extreme right hand corner and past Demons ...
