Hennepin County is looking for a few good shrinks. Actually, just one would do right now.
For the past 18 months, the state's most populous county has been beating the bushes for good candidates to fill a vacant psychiatrist position in its mental health center. All that work yielded only five applicants and one bona fide candidate, who cited location and hours as the reasons she chose another job.
