The United International Transportation Company (Budget) has signed an agreement with Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ) to purchase 5,000 Toyota cars during the year 2010.
The agreement, which was in line with Budget's strategy to upgrade the services offered to its customers, was signed by Budget's Chairman of the Board of Directors Abdul Ilah Zahid, and ALJ's President Mohammed Jameel at a recent ceremony held in Jeddah.
ALJ is the exclusive dealer of Toyota cars in Saudi Arabia. Speaking on the occasion, Zahid said Toyota cars represented 60% of Budget's fleet.
