1. INTRODUCTION
Due to globalization, rising environmental uncertainty and complexity, and industrial heterogeneity, organizations are facing an unprecedented challenge in maintaining collaborative relationships. Organizations must survive and succeed in the midst of dramatic and rapid environmental change, thus, they inevitably must cooperate with partners, and rivals.
