1. INTRODUCTION
In competitive environment, the success of companies depends on their ability to achieve managing effectively their supply chain. In other words, companies have to increase the efficiency of their logistics operations. It is therefore of fundamental importance to optimize the flows of goods among the actors of the supply chain, that is suppliers, producers, distributors, and retailers.
