IT'S been one of the warmest and driest Septembers in Wales in recent memory - but a major report on global warming yesterday predicated our arid autumn will be the norm within the lifetime of today's children.
A study by a leading climatologist yesterday forecast temperatures around the world would rise by 4[degrees]C by 2060, as it emerged temperatures this month had, so far, been regularly reaching the same margin above expected rates.
