WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Safe Boating Council is pleased to announce the winner of its "Float Yourself" online photo contest, an online contest that allows users to add their face to humorous photos featuring characters wearing life jackets. The online photo contest is aimed at promoting life jacket safety and overall safe boating practices.
