The Mississippi Gulf Coast has long staked a big part of its economic future to tourism, with casinos and their affiliated resorts serving as the bell cow.
The past two decades, it's worked out pretty well, though Hurricane Katrina did her best to cripple the region permanently.
Outside of the casino floors and the golf courses, the primary beneficiaries of out-of-town money have been the Coast's restaurants.
