First off, I heard back from Mina Barrion of HMR Envirocycle Phils., Inc. She sent me their Waste Market schedule which goes on every Friday and some Saturdays of the month. Here are the locations: First Friday - Paseo de Magallanes; First Saturday - SM Southmall & SM North Edsa; Second Friday - Ayala Center Goldcrest (thought this was torn down?); Second Saturday - The Fort Global City; Third Friday - Alabang Town Center; and Fourth Friday - Trinoma Mall North Edsa.She says that they also accept scrap like plastic, PET bottles, cartons, papers and other recyclables aside from electronic waste.
